What are your office hours?
The Midtowner Motel front desk is open during the following hours:
- January – February: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- March – April: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- May – September: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- October: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- November - December: 8:00am - 8:00pm
If you need assistance outside of these hours, help is always available at Campbell's Resort, located at 104 W. Woodin Avenue, Chelan, WA, or by calling 509-682-2561. Our team is available to assist Midtowner guests with late arrivals, questions, and other guest services when the Midtowner office is closed.
When the office is closed, how do I check in?
If you will be arriving after hours, please stop at Campbell's Resort, 104 W. Woodin Ave, Chelan and the front desk clerk will get you checked in.
What if I need supplies or have questions after the office hours?
You can either dial "0" from your room phone or call Campbell's Resort directly, 509-682-2561 and someone will be able to assist you.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are allowed in designated rooms only. There is a $15 per night charge per pet, for up to 2 pets. Undeclared pets whether yours or a friends’ visiting, discovered in any room will incur a minimum $75 cleaning charge per night. Pets must be kept on a leash and are not allowed in pool area. Pets cannot be left unattended in the room at any time.
Do you allow smoking/vaporizing?
We are a smoke-free/vapor free environment. If you are a smoker, please do not smoke in the doorway of your room (Washington State Law requires that smoking occur at least 25 feet away from any entrance) that is not considered outside. Smoking of any kind in non smoking rooms will incur a minimum $200 fee and may put the room out of service at managements’ discretion. This would result in a “loss of income charge” in addition to the cleaning fee.
Do you have a minimum night stay?
June through August there is a two night minimum for weekends. There is a three night minimum on holiday weekends (Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend). We make exceptions if there is a gap in availability. Please call (509-682-4051) and one of our reservationists will assist you.
What is your tax rate?
Currently 2026 tax rate is 11.7% This consists of the Chelan sales tax + 3% hotel/motel tax.
Do you have quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am. We enforce these quiet hours for the benefit of the resort property and all of our guests. Failure to comply with this policy could result in immediate eviction.
Do you have parking for larger vehicles?
Yes, we have limited parking available for larger vehicles like RV's, Semi-trucks, or vehicles towing.
Do you have extended stays available?
Depending on the time of the year, we do offer weekly and monthly rates. Please call (509-682-4051) and one of our reservationists will assist you.
What if I will be working in the area, do you offer a discount?
Yes, we offer 10% off the best available rate Sunday - Thursday if you are working in the area. Please ask for the "workers" rate.
Do you offer AAA or AARP discounts?
We do offer AAA or AARP discounts depending on the time of year you are looking to stay. Please contact the Reservations team to check on availability, 509-682-4051.
