Monthly Rate Terms: This rate is available Now-April 30 2025. We require a $200 deposit up front, which can be refunded after the room has been inspected upon check-out. Each month is a 30-day period. Payment must be received up front at the beginning of each month. We do not provide daily housekeeping service during this time frame. You are responsible to replenish your own toilet paper, coffee, room supplies, etc. If you are interested in housekeeping services, cost is $40+tax per cleaning. No refunds for leaving early.
