GENERAL MOTEL POLICY
Check-in time is 4:00p.m. & check-out time is 11a.m.
If you will be arriving after 11:00p.m., please call us prior to this time so we can make arrangements for you. Our office hours are 7:00a.m. to 11:00p.m.
There is a two-night minimum stay required on weekends between Memorial Day and September 30 with holiday weekends having a three-night minimum stay.
Quiet time is between 10p.m. and 8a.m. Everyone is expected to respect this time.
Parking is limited to one vehicle space per room. Extra parking is available.
Pool and hot tub are open 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Children 12 years of age and under may not use the pool or hot tub unless accompanied by an adult who shall be responsible for them. Ages 13 to 17 may not swim alone. They must have a swim buddy of the same age or older with them.
SMOKING POLICY
We are a smoke-free/vapor free environment. If you are a smoker, please do not smoke in the doorway of your room (Washington State Law requires that smoking occur at least 25 feet away from any entrance) that is not considered outside. Smoking of any kind in non smoking rooms will incur a minimum $200 fee and may put the room out of service at managements’ discretion. This would result in a “loss of income charge” in addition to the cleaning fee.
PET POLICY
Pets are allowed in designated rooms only. There is a $15 per night charge per pet, for up to 2 pets. Undeclared pets whether yours or a friends’ visiting, discovered in any room will incur a minimum $75 cleaning charge per night. Pets must be kept on a leash and are not allowed in pool area. Pets cannot be left unattended in the room at any time.
RESERVATION POLICY
All reservations require a valid credit card to confirm your reservation.
In order to secure reservations between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend, we require the first night stay and tax as an advance deposit that will be processed on the credit card provided at the time of reservation.
Our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to your arrival, unless your reservation was made more than 6 months in advance or is over a 3 day holiday weekend, which is 1 month prior to your arrival.
Failure to notify Campbell’s Resort within the specified time of cancellation will result in forfeiture of the deposit or a charge to the credit card.
Check out prior to your departure date will be subjected to an early departure charge as specified by the Motel.
